Alpha Delta Pi's involvement in the UCF Community

Our sisters involvement goes far beyond just Alpha Delta Pi. In this blog post we are going to highlight a few of our multifaceted sisters who are doing amazing things by getting involved and becoming leaders in the UCF community.


Jillian Pirozzi: Marching Knights (Majorette)


Founded in 1980, the 390+ member UCF Marching Knights are one of the most vibrant and visible forces for school spirit at the University of Central Florida. Students in the UCF Marching Knights represent a wide range of colleges and courses of study yet find the music program offers plenty of fellowship, an exceptional musical outlet, and an abundance of school spirit to complete their educational experience.





Riley Melvin: Professional Selling Program


The Professional Selling Track is a prestigious, specialized program offered by the Department of Marketing in the UCF College of Business. The competitive program accepts no more than 35 exceptional students each year that show potential and promise in the fascinating and lucrative field of sales. One of only about 120 specialized sales undergraduate programs in the nation, the Professional Selling Track is at the forefront in preparing students for successful careers in the competitive job market of today. Admitted students will partake in rigorous sales training and preparation during the program’s one-year duration. The track requires no additional time at UCF; students simply tailor their class schedules to incorporate the required sales courses, offered only to those admitted into the program. The core curriculum includes Professional Selling, Sales Force Management, Advanced Professional Selling and Strategic Issues in Sales. The program commences every August and a new set of students graduate every May. Additionally, students are paired with a professional mentor both semesters of the program.

Rachel Greene: Phi Eta Sigma



Phi Eta Sigma is a National Honor Society. They have general body meetings throughout the semester, hold fundraisers and other philanthropy events to raise money, and they volunteer at various organizations. There is also study groups and connections for mentors and internships through alumni.







Tess Buccarelli: Women's Waterpolo Club




Women's Water Polo at UCF is a competitive club team that travels within the Southeast region (Florida and Georgia) during regular season and across the US for Nationals. We have been ranked among the top 10 teams in the Nation three times, once in the top 2.
