Our Alpha Delta Pi sisters are doing amazing things in college and beyond. This year, our Zeta Omega chapter will gain 31 new alumni and although we will miss them all immensely, we could not be more proud of them. Below are a few words from newly graduated member, Delaney Barber, who shares of how Alpha Delta Pi impacted her college experience along with her after college plans.
"Alpha Delta Pi was hands down the best part of my college experience. I could not imagine how I would have gotten through these past four years without the best friends I made in this chapter. These girls have always pushed me to be the best version of myself. Looking back, I never thought I would get to serve as Vice President of this sorority. Freshman year when I joined, I thought sororities were just about making friends. Little did I know that this sorority would push me to hold multiple leadership roles, represent Zeta Omega at national conventions, live in the house for two years, and graduate nursing school with my dream job. I grew in so many ways throughout these years and I think that Adpi played a major role in my development throughout college. My favorite memories were living in the house and always having sisters around to do everything with. Leaving Adpi is definitely not easy but I know that I have girls cheering me on every step of the way. I plan to be a Neonatal ICU nurse at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando and cannot want to see what else the future holds!"
Delaney, we are so excited for you and are so grateful for all the memories we have created with you. We love you.
